The SSCP Classroom Training is delivered in a traditional in-person environment with an ISC2 authorized instructor and other students. This training provides a comprehensive review of information systems security concepts and industry best practices, covering the seven domains of the SSCP:

    Several types of activities are used throughout the course to reinforce topics and increase knowledge retention. These activities include open ended questions from the instructor to the students, matching and poll questions, group activities, open/closed questions, and group discussions. This interactive learning technique is based on sound adult learning theories.

    ISC2 Members and Associates of ISC2 may earn 40 CPE credits for completing this course.
    For students, the Official ISC2 CBK Training Seminar for the SSCP has earned ACE CREDIT. Students who complete the course can apply for two hours of lower division credit at participating universities and colleges.
